MCRWD is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Rural Water District. This position oversees the District’s daily operations, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and assists in budgeting. The GM must possess quality organizational and record keeping skills, along with excellent communication with the board, staff, and members; exemplifying quality leadership. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and communication skills, have public works experience, and the required certifications. Salary is based on experience.
