Standard Residential Service Rates (Pretax)

Water meters are read around the 20th of each month. This date will change due to holidays and weekends. Please contact our office for any additional information.

The national average of water usage is calculated by 1500 gallons per person in the household.

Late Policy

Bills are due on the 15th of each month. Late fee is calculated at 10%

To avoid the late penalty, please note the following policies:  

If you are dropping off your payment at the office or in the dropbox:

  • It must be there by 4:00 pm on the 15th. All payments are picked up from the dropbox at 4:00 pm, with the exeption of Fridays.

If you are mailing your payment:

  • It must be postmarked by the 15th. 

If you are using your credit or debit card:

  • Go to our website and pay your bill online anytime of the day on the 15th.
  • If you prefer to call into the office with your card info, do so before 4:00 pm on the 15th. Leave a voicemail if we are uable to answer. Phones automatically switch to the auto attendent at 4:00 pm. We will call you back and you will not incur the penalty.

If the 15th would fall on a holiday, or weekend, the next business day will be the due date with the same policies stated above.
